Importance Of Being Organized

Being organized is very important for success. If you are organized you will have more time on your hands and less trying to sort through messes. Organization is one key to success. But, why does organization help?? Because you will have a lot more time and be able to sort through things without difficulty.

Lets start with organization involving the mail you usually use. If you use G-mail it is very easy to organize all of your mail into separate places. Here are the steps to do so. Click on any mail that you have received. On the mail there will be the date it was sent and to the right of that a downwards arrow. All located at the top of the message. Click on the arrows and there will be a choice labeled "Filter messages like this"

Once you have clicked on that you will get to customize the label that you want those messages to be grouped as and other properties of received messages from same person or program. Now you have just created a filter. You should do this for all of the websites you receive mail from to ensure maximum ease of access to all of your messages.

Other tools for organization include adding bookmarks to all of the important programs that you use or visit regularly. Also unless you have a shared computer you should make sure that your computer remembers all of your passwords for all of the sites that you are joined in.
