Internet Marketing, Don't Just Think Of Yourself

Ever hear of Dale Carnegie? Well if you haven't, that is unfortunate, if you have, then good. You may know the basics or part of the basics of his teachings. He teaches about conversing with someone and talking in perspective of their own interest.

Let's face it, you are not the greatest person alive and neither am I for that matter. So, I doubt anyone would like to listen to you talk about yourself hours on end. But, other people like it when you pay attention to them. Think of the other person's interests. NOT your own.

If you're telling a story and everyone is paying attention to you and showing expression at every turn of the story, don't you like that? Don't you want to keep on with the story? Wouldn't you like that person more if they paid attention to you instead of looking the other way? Yes. It boils down to, if you talk with someone in their own interests, they will like you more, and want to know about you.

If you want to convince someone of something, do you pound what you want them to think into their head with a chisel and hammer?(Metaphorical) No. You first would ask what they think on the matter. Learn about them and their opinion upon the subject. Then talk about the benefits they would reap by transferring to your way of thinking. Finally, talk about what you think on the matter.

People aren't as interested in others as much as they are interested in themselves.

In order to get your way, you have to give in to someone else's way. Or at least try to understand it.

So the next time you ask your boss for a raise, begin with asking him how his day was, ask about his family, DO NOT start of with how great you think you've been doing and how much you think you should get.

Communication Is Key

Communication is an important factor in internet marketing and life itself. It is extremely beneficial that you can communicate well and effectively. Communication is what connects us with each other and helps drive business. 

Now, I am not just talking about communication, I'm talking about GOOD communication. Being able to get your point across and do so in the best way possible. A suggestion that will help you communicate 100x better is talking not about you, but about the other person. Try to talk about them, get to know them, talk about their day, try to find out more about him/her.

If you talk in terms of them and their interests I guarantee it will help your business and your social life in general.

People, have a undying eagerness to be different and bold compared to others. They want to talk about their self, and things they are interested in. And when you pay attention to them, and try to communicate as best as you can about their interests, they will be a LOT more likely to do what you want or ask.

The point of this post is to convince or at least make you think about trying to communicate and talk to other people better than you already do now. If you play into others interests, they will play into yours.

Speaking of wabbits...

No deer was shot or seen so far the the three of us hunters...but I did blast a hole in a bunny! Was walking back from my stand and was just strolling along and in the corner of my eye I saw movement. So I paused wondering what it could be. As I am looking toward where the movement came from I notice two ears poking up. I'm thinking," is this a wabbit"??? Then I move forward and the things hops two feet forward to. 

So I figure it's a rabbit so I try to get closer for a better shot.

Each time I move forward so does the wabbit. We keep the game up untill I get a nice clear shot...and BOOM! Down goes the wabbit!!

As I went to go inspect it I remember.....,"I just shot it with a slug didn't I?" And I did, there was a just about  4 inch circular hole in the rabbit with a lot of organs peaking out. So I did my best picked the rabbit up by it's feet and ate it that night.(Yesterday)

Today as I was walking back I saw another rabbit but decided not to shoot it due to my father was still hunting in his stand.

Quiet...I'm hunting wabbit.

Tomorrow is when the wonderful hunting season starts! Wish me good luck and hope that I can bring home some venison. Tomorrow is opening day and we will have donuts for breakfast. This would be our tradition we have been doing for the last few years. So far we have almost gotten a dear every year, hopefully all of us will get one this year.

We will leave around 6 a.m. and stay out for at least 2 hours. I shoot a 4-10 pump action which I received last year for Christmas. Haven't shot it very much but hope to get used to it.

Hunting is kind of like marketing online...You need patience..."If you wait, good things shall come".

This is true, if you put work and effort into something you are doing and wait, results shall follow. 

Have been surfing more often and plan to add more content soon. Still have to think of and find the right programs to put into the blog.

Small Changes and Diet

A couple changes have been made to the blog one as you can see by the title of this post. I have I changed my traffic exchange list so it is now more refined and the exchanges are switched around with others I have joined because they are simply a lot better and give myself more traffic. Some of the traffic exchanges that I have added to the list or switched have promo codes listed in my Promo Code page.

I am going to add more content to the blog in hope of more traffic and for the sake of more content.

Traffic to the blog is keeping a constant flow I will begin surfing more often and try to drive more traffic to my pages.

In other news I have began my new diet which involves, no sweets, a lot less carbs, and no pop. To be honest tomorrow I will have no choice but to cheat.(Halloween). And speaking of Halloween I will be spending mine watching scary movies and eating delicious teeth hollowing candy!

ClickTrackProfit....The Truth

This will be my second post about the "famous" ClickTrackProfit... I have seen it advertised EVERYWHERE... just about every traffic exchange has someone in ClickTrackProfit. Just about half a year ago I saw this and wondered, why haven't I joined this program yet?? It looks to be promising.

So I asked my dad, Richard Weberg who has been in internet marketing for over 8 years if the program was any good. And he said no, and went on with little to medium explanation. So curiously I checked it out... and realized how right he was.

For those of you who are part of ClickTrackProfit and are probably closing out this page right now because you don't like what I am saying I beg you to just wait and let me explain.

First I will start with the "famous badges"

The Negative Side

In ClickTrackProfit you can collect badges. Some have silly pictures, faces, some are cash badges that can have up to 1$!... oh wait...that isn't very much now is it... Though they do give some people a large amount of motivation they are basically useless. Some people spend over half of their time collecting badges for what reason I will never know! They post on the chats and everywhere,"Hey guys look!, I just got a surf 10 badge!" Other than a slight burst of excitement and self confidence badges give you a vast amount of NOTHING But, some people still argue, "What about money badges huh?" What about them?? I'm sorry but 10 cents doesn't cut my financial needs.

The Positive Side

  Badges do give motivation. They do sometimes have value as in U.S. currency. They also can give you goals to work towards. Overall, people can go and waste their time collecting badges all they want, but I plead with you, realize they don't get you much.

Next, ClickTrackProfit's Payout

The Truth

  At the exact moment as I write this, ClickTrackProfit has payed out $47,233 this year. That is so far their payout in 10 months. Most people in ClickTrackProfit must think that is a lot of money...But it isn't. If you look at their member base at this exact second they have 50,178 members. That IS a lot of members. But if you use what I call math you will realize the rough estimate of $ per member is so low, you could literally have a lemonade stand on the street and make more money. If you don't believe me, let us do some math together... divide the total amount of money they make in 10/12ths of a year to their member base. You get a ginormous 94cents!...minus the ginormous. Now this is a ROUGH ESTIMATE. So if you don't want to go by that. Let's add 5$ to everyone's income... still won't help pay someone's electric bills.

Lastly CTP's "Training"

Let's Start With The Positive

  IF you are a complete beginner this might be the program for you. It does teach you the VERY basics of learning about traffic exchanges. The people that own it do have some good traffic exchanges that are worth your time surfing.(Will Be Listed) Not everything about CTP is so bad, but if you are trying to make a decent living online, it's a beginning stage, but not the answer.

Negatives

  Their "Training" is so basic and simple it is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. If you read through my entire blog you would get more useful information than their entire $47,000 program... and I am a 14 year old teenager... what does that tell you? And if you don't believe me read my blog and see what you get out of it.

Conclusion

This is a good program for complete beginners. If you don't know what a traffic exchange even is then this is the program for you. If you follow this program do not get caught up with collecting fruity badges for your "Wall Of Awesome" Some of the programs inside CTP aren't that bad.

But ClickTrackProfit itself WILL NOT make you a living or even pay your water bill. I did not bash CTP just for the satisfaction of saying negative things about it. I wrote this post to help people realize that CTP is NOT what it is all cracked up to be. It is not a substitute for normal income. Here is a list of some of the traffic exchanges in CTP itself.

Free Members Don't Make Shit!

Yes, you read that right, sounds pretty vulgar hey? But it got your attention didnt it?

Well its time for another No bullshit post.

Would you like to make an extra $2,000 a month? Well you better start doing some math then, take your favorite free program that you are a member of, and havnt upgraded in yet.

Lets say you get paid 40% on a $40 upgrade or product buy from your referral, how many would you have to refer that upgrade or buy in order to make $2000 a month?

Well, 40% of $40 dollars is $16 bucks, so that means you would have to refer 125 people that upgraded or purchased the $40 product or upgrade in a month, to earn $2000 dollars. How close are you to earning your $2000 this month? I bet most of you reading this havnt even earned your first $16 dollars yet….am I right, let a lone $2000.

How about next month??? I think you might want to quadruple your time your spending especially if you have not made your first $16 dollars yet..

For most of you reading this, $2000 dollars a month is an extremely far fetched number and you will NEVER make that amount marketing online….What YOU SAY?

Yes, you read that right too, there is a reason why………and you already know it, its called commitment and belief, your to afraid to get committed to your programs and upgrade in them, and most importantly your afraid to build your list and sell. But guess what until you finally make a decision that your not afraid anymore, you will not make jack squat!

Big hint: Upgraded members get higher commissions so they make more money, the more your invested in yourself and your business, the harder you will try and the longer you will go before you quit.  Hence, gives you a much higher chance of succeeding! If you have nothing invested or very little, who cares if you quit, you certainly wont….

Earning online is not hard, but you make it difficult by not doing things in a way that actually work, you keep thinking you know a better way, and I will tell you again, there isnt, and you dont.

Build a list of leads, then you promote programs that work, that you are COMMITTED TO (upgraded in) and you sell what you are doing, it dosnt work any other way. If you think you are going to build in a program over time by referring one person a month, you better get real, most people you refer will quit long before you build any momentum, plus your showing them the wrong way to build their own business.

So how far do you really think you will be in twelve months, referring 1 person or 2 a month to your favorite programs? You guessed it you will be where you are right now….NO WHERE!

There are some people who will sugar coat everything and lie to you, because they desperately need you to stay in their programs. You will not get that from me, I want you to make money, tons of it, for yourself! I already know how to make money online, and have several systems working for me, I made more money this year and spent less time online, I spent the most of the spring, summer and fall rebuilding my entire home and adding on to it. When you have the proper systems in place you can do this. Trying to build a online business without a system or plan……..PLEASE GIVE UP NOW, YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME, IT WONT WORK!

Build your own Damn list! Create you own content, websites and blogs, take action and sell…

Back In Business

Let's be honest.....in fact let's break that down to let me be honest. I have been doing jackshit with the internet for a long period of time.(Sorry for the language) I said I would do more and have not done so and I intent to try to make up for that. I apologize and hope to redeem myself.

I need to invest more time into the blog and online overall. I have been busy with school but also have been lazy sitting on my ass all day. Truth is, need to step up my game. Going to try to refine my blog to meet higher standards and try to surpass previous status that was achieved. Time to get ON THE BALL NOW!!

Going to join more programs and sort through them to find the best and try to get rid of the useless ones and turn to the more impressive ones...

Will be online as much as possible this week.

Hope to gain some status within a month maybe 2. Will start investing more money online...Hope to reap more profit from that decision. Only people who take risks have a chance of receiving something greater.

Jason Mraz Concert and More School

A huge amount of things have happend since the last time I posted. First of all school has taken up more time than I thought it would unfortunately. Not a whole lot of homework but Honors Math has been interesting.

School has been great but I missed a day today due to a Jason Mraz concert in the Cities. We left on Sunday and I had a great time. Christina Perri was the first one to perform and Jason following after him. Extremely fun, almost as much fun as the Metallica concert I went to 2 years ago.

Will make a attempt to start up again for a while but we'll see how things go. House has been coming along a little slower now but I hope we can get the carpet and tile down soon. Today I slightly a relax day from the concert.

First Week Of School

The first week of school was great learned only a little due to it just beginning. Small amount of homework thankfully hope to see a good challenge arise. Found all of my classes in a decent amount of time.

 Unfortunately I have not done very much advertising in which I regret and will try to make up for. I am going to change the way I post things for more traffic from search engines. Father has started to get back online more often also.

May change the color scheme and setup of the blog but not 100% sure if I will do so...An interesting note...my science teacher is a valid victorian and lets just say he uses some very intelligible and large words. His vocabulary is extremely expansive and he is a great teacher.

All of my teacher's are kind and everything is off to a good start.

The Long Weekend And School

The past weekend was very busy. Unpacking was a pain and so was my 2 year old brother. It was extremely fun and hope to do it again sometime soon. Played massive volleyball games and went swimming on the pontoon most of the time.

Most of the first day was spent unpacking. We talked to our "neighbors" who we know from previous interactions. Then played a board game and went to bed for the night.

2nd day we went out on the pontoon and swam. Turned the music up and just had a good time. Then around 3 my brother came from work and joined the "party" 

3rd day we walked around the place for around 4 hours just chatting and hanging out. Went back played some bean bags and cuube. Went to bed around 2 in the morning. 

Last day had a volleyball tourney and was driven to my dad's house. Nice to be back home. Time to get on the ball again...only have 1 problem.... Have to wake up at 6 in the morning for school.. Not happy.

School starts tomorrow and not quite sure if I'm ready. I have 2 pairs of new shoes and have all of the supplies but still a little nervous.

Education At It's Finest

In four days school starts! Excited and nervous simotaneously. Hopefully it goes well. Will have to put time aside everday for the blog.

Time will be of the essence. Hard to handle school, homework, and the blog/internet related things at the same time. Not looking forward to the homework but I'll live.

Traffic is still steady but may decrease slightly during school. Will try to stay active as much as possible. Will find more promo codes during the week.

Sorry For The No Post

Yesterday I was busy and I didn't do a blog post. I missed a day and apologize. I will try to do two today including this one

Joined the Fantasy Football on Yahoo! today hoping I will be able to get a decent place in that. Just about done with the final hunger games book, hope it has a good ending. The book and series themselves are worth the reading.

School is in 5 days... Excited and slightly nervous. It's fun and education is important but I dislike the homework. Not that it's difficult but more of annoying.

Blog still going strong a little less due to my inactivity but I plan to bring it all up.

Babysitting And Harry Potter

Today also has been busy and full of fun. I babysat my baby brother Miles who is very rambunctious. Real wild and creative though.

Also watching the second Harry Potter. Have seen all of the movies and read all of the books. School is days away and I'm just about ready.

Designing some shoes for school and they are looking nice. Tomorrow I may post a picture of them. Hope the blog continues along the path I set for it.

More Polly And Cabinets

Unfortunately I did not have enough time in the day yesterday to add more promo codes. I will try to do that tonight. Work at the house is still continuous and takes up a lot of time.

I pollied 40+ boards today as well as making a few cuts. In about 15 minutes we are going to drive to the nearest Menard's and look at some kitchen cabinets. They cost 3000+ so we are going to get the best that our money can buy.

Surfed 400+ at Bella's Click Shack since I was supposed to surf 100 a day no matter what and I missed a few days and had to make up for it.

Might edit the traffic exchange page and safelist page but other than that I just want to wish everyone a great day and happy surfing.

Promo Codes And Cutting Boards

Later tonight I will look heavy on finding more promo codes. Have a bunch of them already but would like to have at least 5 more for 5 different traffic exchanges. Will either add them tonight or in the morning.

Have been busy cutting boards to fit on the underside of the stairs. About 80% done on that and still having to do the wall to it's right. It's all coming together and should be done soon.

At the moment I'm surfing TopHits4U, HitsViral, Bella's Click Shack, Ninja Surf, and TopFlightTraffic. Surf until 100 and then may surf a few other traffic exchanges and then head in for the night.

Surfing And Things Hard To Find

Today has just been a day of pollying and and surfing. I looked for some more promo codes but they are extremely hard to find. Hopefully I will get atleast 5 more.

The past week itself has been work, work, work. Pollying itself took about 10 hours out of the week. Hopefully the house will come together soon. All of the tongue and groove is almost put up and it is looking stunning.

Surfing has been slowish because of how busy I have been. Blog still is receiving the same amount of views it normally would so all is good. School starts in 10 days and supplies still need to be bought.

 I will continue looking for promo codes and continue surfing and keep the blog up to date as much as possible.

Promo Codes Page And Polly

More excitement for today as well as most of the week. Joined a new traffic exchange called Surf Sumo which is a FANTASTIC traffic exchange that I should have joined earlier. Automatic for free members .5 credits per click and I even have a promo code for it.

As I write this blog post I am surfing it. Within literally about 2 minutes of joining I somehow received 15 cents so I hope this is a promising exchange. So far so good.

Also I pollied 30 tunge and groove boards today, good amount of work. Burnt off a little bit of calories from eating 2 double cheese burgers, 6 piece nuggets, med fries, and a large shake from Mcdonald's

Last but not least I converted my promo codes to a page on the blog. Will put it in rotation and add as many promo codes to it as I can find. Hope everyone finds them useful.

Log Siding

Today I helped my dad put up some log siding and it looks great. House is coming together very well I hope we can start tiling by the time school starts. Still needs some work but it should be done by sometime in September.

Surfed some today hoping for some more referrals to come in. Talked on skype some and set up an autoresponder. Sent some safelist mail out and pinged the blog.

Traffic still continues to flow at the same high rate, hopefully it will stay this way throughout the school year. It will be difficult managing my time but I will find a way. Meanwhile I hope we can get the kitchen setup soon. Also a tv or a couch to sit in would be nice.

Not to long and everything will really start to come together.

Exciting Day Of Traffic And Converse

Today went very well. Had an excellent conversation with Michael Champion and really got to know him and Linda in a larger depth. Talked about his past and got to know him. He is extremely nice and anyone who gets the chance to meet him would be lucky to do so.

Surfed around 150 in 8 traffic exchanges today to ensure more traffic. More of which has be incoming from keywords and search engines. I plan to add the promo codes page once I find a couple more. If anyone has some I would highly appreciate it if they would allow me to use them.

Day has been a little strenuous and I plan to hit the hay a little earlier today. As always comments are always excepted and I hope to see even more activity and some more subscribers. 

School unfortunately is starting soon and will slightly affect my ability to be online and active. Though I will try my hardest to stay as I am in those fields.
