Consistency
Not being consistent is a huge problem in this world. Whether someone
is on a diet, refraining from drinking, or any other addiction or goal
someone is aiming towards, people aren't consistent.
They either give up completely, quit for a small amount of time, or move on to something else.
Being consistent is a very important lesson You NEED to learn.
Being consistent can help you in more ways than you realize.
Let's start this week off with a bang, and keep on doing so, nonstop, with the same effort we first applied, no matter what.
